Its is great to see the website up to date and running well! I was just looking through some of your pictures and im so proud of you for making a good go of Mums Matters. You are all fantastic women, you are providing unique opportunities to empower mums. Sometimes in life you actually have to think about yourself! Your self worth. At times that may be hard- but as you say "mums really do matter".

You have come a long way since the Healthy Living Programme (HLP) involvement, and its looks like you'll be going even further in the coming years. So well done! You've Done It!!! :o)

Your website is fantastic! I am so pleased! You are all amazing women, who have worked really hard to continue your group after the end of the Healthy Living Programme support.
I feel so privileged to see how much you have changed since we first met back in the dark ages of our consultion event in Channel View. Do you remember when we first asked the mums to think about sharing any skills you may have with the other mums (with the support of the HLP team)? Nobody thought they had anything to share! You had lost your confidence and didnt believe in youselves. We were so amazed when we discovered just how talented you realy were - a budding Chef, a florist, a jewlery maker, a photographer and a make up artist!
There's no stopping you now girls.

Hi Mums Matters is a great group!

I moved to Cardiff from NZ 4 months ago with no family or friends here. I was invited to join this group as a way to meet new people and get out of the 4 walls I had been boxed in. This group made me feel really welcome on the first day and was really impressed that the group of women where such down to earth people. I am the least crafty person ever, but I find I am looking forward to friday 's so I can meet up with the ladies and to try my hand at new ideas. Even better.....is that they have a Crèche for our children which is paid for by Mumsmatters! So time out for me with a group of ladies likeminded!
Well done for organising such an amazing group.
